The OSHA Focus Four Injury Prevention training is a 4-Hour block consisting of 4 segments for each of the four major hazards in the construction industry as determined by OSHA: Falls; Caught-In or Between; Struck-By; and Electrocution. Considering that Falls account for more than a third of all fatalities in the construction industry, Falls will be covered over 90 minutes while each of the other three hazards will be covered over 50 minutes.
The lessons have terminal and enabling objectives or expected student outcomes which will be measured at the end of every segment by testing participants’ knowledge of the subject matter.
