About the Course:

This 90-minute online session teaches foundational AI skills and practical workflows for using Claude as a growth-side operator tool. You will learn how to turn business goals into marketing plans, generate campaign assets, define brand foundations and guidelines, create design direction for creatives, write stronger business proposals, perform fast “executive-level” data analysis summaries, and design simple applications by producing clear requirements and user stories.

The course emphasises best practices: prompting with clear inputs and constraints, producing structured deliverables (checklists, briefs, guidelines, templates), and validating outputs before publishing. Ethical and operational guardrails are built in, including privacy, data minimisation, transparency, and avoiding deceptive marketing or misuse.

Why should you attend?

Fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) is a marketing term.

If your marketing and brand assets are inconsistent, your pipeline slows, and if your proposals aren’t sharp, you lose deals you should have won. Meanwhile, competitors are using AI to ship campaigns, pitch decks, and product experiments faster. But careless AI use can produce generic messaging, off-brand design direction, inaccurate analysis, or accidental disclosure of customer data. This course shows how to use Claude to accelerate growth work while staying on-brand, accurate, and responsible.

Course Objectives:

  • AI foundations for owners: what Claude does well vs. limitations and risks.
  • Marketing workflows: positioning, ICP/personas, messaging, campaign plans, content calendars, ad concepts, email sequences.
  • Design + creative direction: creative briefs, moodboard descriptors, UI copy, feedback loops, iteration prompts (how to work with designers).
  • Brand guideline creation: voice & tone, visual principles, do/don’t examples, messaging pillars, tagline options, brand QA checklist.
  • Business proposals: discovery questions, scope, timeline, assumptions, pricing narrative, risk section, and executive summary.
  • Data analysis for owners: KPI definitions, dashboard questions, anomaly explanations, “what/so what/now what” summaries, decision memos.
  • Creating applications (no-code/low-code ready): PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams (text), test cases, launch checklist.
  • Ethical guardrails: privacy/confidentiality, truth-in-marketing, IP awareness, and review/approval workflows.
